Each individual may hold only one (1) player account on 77haha. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any details change.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR licensing requirements, 77haha applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. You will be required to submit valid, government-issued Philippine identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, Driver's License, SSS/UMID card, or PhilSys national ID) before your first withdrawal can be processed.
77haha may request additional verification documents including proof of address, source of funds declarations, and enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 77haha may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. 77haha will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify 77haha immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Deposits to your 77haha account may be made via accepted payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods displayed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. The minimum single deposit is Philippine Peso (PHP) ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name.
77haha does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit originating from a payment source not registered in the account holder's name will be reversed and the account flagged for investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
77haha targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. These are target timeframes only and not guaranteed service levels. 77haha is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network disruptions.
77haha reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, and to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.
All transactions on 77haha are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). 77haha is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider if your payment account is denominated in a different currency.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other rights are granted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any 77haha intellectual property without prior written authorisation from 77haha.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77haha and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including without limitation losses arising from: game interruption; server downtime; payment processing delays; data loss; or any error or omission in game outcomes.
77haha's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 77haha's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Where termination is initiated by 77haha for reasons not attributable to your conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
